Due to the nature of our products and hygiene reasons, all sales are final on wigs, bundles, lace products, beauty products, and sale items.
Returns or exchanges are only accepted if an item arrives damaged or if the wrong item was received.
To qualify for a replacement review, customers must contact Dynasty Hair Company within 24 hours of receiving their order and provide clear photos of the issue.
Items must remain:

• Unworn
• Unaltered
• In original packaging
Dynasty Hair Company does not accept returns on installed, brushed, cut, colored, customized, or worn hair products.
