Dynasty Hair Company proudly ships throughout the Caribbean and select international destinations.
Processing Time:
- Ready-to-Wear Wigs: 1–3 business days
- Custom Wigs: 7–14 business days
- Salon Service Bookings: Confirmation sent after booking
Shipping Methods
Caribbean Orders:
All Caribbean orders are shipped via DHL for fast and reliable delivery.
British Virgin Islands (BVI):
Customers within the British Virgin Islands may receive their orders through Speedy’s delivery service or select Store Pickup in Tortola.
St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands:
Orders to St. Thomas may be shipped via DHL or arranged through the ferry service, depending on the customer’s preference and delivery requirements.
Store Pickup
Customers in Tortola, British Virgin Islands can select Store Pickup during checkout. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of wigs, hair extensions, and beauty products, all sales are final.
Returns or exchanges may only be accepted if:
- An incorrect item was received.
- The item arrived damaged.
Any issues with your order must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
