Hair is sold separately. Curls, crimps, custom cuts, and specialty styling are available as add-on services.

Dynasty Hair Company ships across the Caribbean and the United States, including St. Thomas and the US Virgin Islands.
Processing time
- Ready-to-wear wigs: 1–3 business days
- Custom wigs: 7–14 business days
- Salon service bookings: confirmation sent after booking
Delivery options and rates
- DHL Express – Caribbean, United States and USVI: flat rate of $38 per order. Estimated delivery 4–7 business days.
- Virgin Gorda: island boat delivery, $15 per order. Usually 1–2 business days.
- Tortola local delivery: $5 per order. Typically delivered within 1 business day.
- Store pickup (free): Dynasty Hair Company, Purcell, across from One Mart Supermarket, Tortola, BVI. Orders are usually ready within 4 hours. We'll notify you when your order is ready. Please bring your confirmation email.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, customs processing or courier delays.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of wigs, hair extensions and beauty products, all sales are final.
Returns or exchanges may only be accepted if:
- An incorrect item was received.
- The item arrived damaged.
Any issues with your order must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos.
