Processing time
- Ready-to-wear wigs: 1–3 business days
- Custom wigs: 7–14 business days
- Salon service bookings: confirmation sent after booking
Delivery options and rates
- St. Thomas (USVI) next-day ferry: $30 per order. Order by 12 noon for the next-day ferry. Collect your order at the Charlotte Amalie ferry terminal.
- Virgin Gorda ferry delivery: $15 per order. Order by 12 noon for the next-day ferry. Collect your order at the ferry dock.
- Road Town area delivery (Tortola): $5 per order. Typically delivered within 1 business day.
- DHL Express – Caribbean, United States, Puerto Rico and USVI: flat rate of $40 per order. Estimated delivery 4–7 business days.
- Store pickup (free): Dynasty Hair Company, Purcell, across from One Mart Supermarket, Tortola, BVI. Orders are usually ready within 4 hours. We'll notify you when your order is ready. Please bring your confirmation email.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of wigs, hair extensions and beauty products, all sales are final.
Returns or exchanges may only be accepted if:
- An incorrect item was received.
- The item arrived damaged.
Any issues with your order must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos.
