Dynasty Hair Company ships across the Caribbean and the United States, including St. Thomas and the US Virgin Islands.

Processing time

Ready-to-wear wigs: 1–3 business days
Custom wigs: 7–14 business days
Salon service bookings: confirmation sent after booking

Delivery options and rates

St. Thomas (USVI) next-day ferry: $30 per order. Order by 12 noon for the next-day ferry. Collect your order at the Charlotte Amalie ferry terminal.
Virgin Gorda ferry delivery: $15 per order. Order by 12 noon for the next-day ferry. Collect your order at the ferry dock.
Road Town area delivery (Tortola): $5 per order. Typically delivered within 1 business day.
DHL Express – Caribbean, United States, Puerto Rico and USVI: flat rate of $40 per order. Estimated delivery 4–7 business days.
Store pickup (free): Dynasty Hair Company, Purcell, across from One Mart Supermarket, Tortola, BVI. Orders are usually ready within 4 hours. We'll notify you when your order is ready. Please bring your confirmation email.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, customs processing or courier delays.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of wigs, hair extensions and beauty products, all sales are final.

Returns or exchanges may only be accepted if:

An incorrect item was received.
The item arrived damaged.

Any issues with your order must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos.
